Indicator flash stopped when locking?

Strange one this, it still shows when I unlock? I've looked in settings and its set up as expected? Something else I noticed the other day, the wing mirrors no longer fold when I lock the car? Not sure if that's related or not? I'm not too bothered about that as I rarely park in a situation where I need to fold the mirrors so prefer to save the motors and just fold them on the odd occasion manually.

So, any ideas?

Not sure what model it is but those are all menu setting in mine. Looks like yours reset itself?
