AM Tracker? How easy to get switched on?
Discussion
IIRC its Aston Martin factory fitted Tracker which in 2010 was administered by Eurowatch. Newer models had Cobra trackers fitted which is now Vodafone Assuming the tracker hasn't been taken out a phone call should sort it however you may need tracking tags or get the tracker paired to your phone.
Problem is I'm 5 months through my existing policy, cancelling it would incur a fee and lost premium. They've only asked for an additional £136 for the next 7 months. I thought that wasn't too bad. Ok add the £250 for the tracker and we're nearer to £400. Figure I'll leave it with these guys until my renewal in July17 then look to move to a company not requiring a tracker.
I did a search on a comparison website and apart from 3 companies all owned by the same parent company (Admiral etc) the quotes were all over £1500 for the year. With those three is was around £900. My current insurance with Churchill works out around £680, so it is a good price I feel. Although there is a £1250 excess!!

Sorry to ask, after a quick answer. On the phone with my insurance. They want to know what brand the tracker is? 2010 V12?
And how would I go about getting it switched on? and how much?
I have mine paired to the phone. Required a call to Eurowatch, credit card and phone in hand, car parked outside so that both had a signal. Took about 15 mins to get through the bluetooth pairing and activation. And how would I go about getting it switched on? and how much?
