That would be me Ryan - I drove my last V12V every day in all but the worst of winter snow for 4 years and 2 years in the previous one and never had any problems whatsoever. Just to add that the Corsa tyres are to be avoided if possible for the winter months but otherwise it was a superb DD, and just as useable going for the weekly shop, or driving to / from work in traffic as it is blasting around the country lanes.
Kermit will also be a DD

Ah, I didn't realise you you used yours as a DD, very interesting. What sort of miles were you doing annually ?Kermit will also be a DD

Kermit as a daily eh.......best not go around doing anything you shouldn't be, not exactly undercover

Big Ry
I use my V12S daily and have done since April 2015.
8000 miles of bliss.
Obviously only daily when it's not been back to the dealers for its usual niggles to be sorted.
It has p zero tyres on which is a small price to pay for the noise and enjoyment.
Stop procrastinating and buy one.

It's my intention to use mine as a daily drive, only had it a few days so can't comment on any issues with doing that. Although my daily drive will still only equate to 6k miles per year as I work from home so it'll still spend days in the garage without being moved.
Interesting to hear about the tyres, I've got the Corsas, should I be considering changing to something else through the winter months then?
Thinking when they need changing I might consider a different model tyre, something that has got good cold / wet performance too. Wonder if you can get the Michelin Cups in the right size, have those on my Exige and never known a better all round tyre.

Not so much procrastinating as I know I'm buying one. My dilemma is whether i can afford a factory order or whether I need to sit and wait for the right ex-demo/showroom car to come along. Hence my recent question about discount levels of factory vs showroom cars.Obviously i'd like a factory order, but the potential difference in price between what I ideally want and "we have this one sitting here sir, we could do you a good deal" might be a decider. Obviously things like CF bits, calipers and wheels etc can all be changed/added in due course. Problem I have is I definitely don't want black, grey or silver, which obviously more or less ALL the ex-demo's and showroom cars will be.

Nice but again it falls into the grey, black, silver category (plus i'm not keen on the stripes and all that jazz).I know that Works have (or may still have) a Divine red coupe in the showroom which is pretty nice and is very well specc'd (over 20k of options) although no CF vents which is a shame, plus a couple of other bits I wouldn't choose.
I'm not asking for much, just a 20% discount on a factory order that's all, that would be problem solved

Aston Exige , plenty of tyre threads on here to educate / confuse / amuse. I specced the P Zero as I always knew it would be my dd and thus far no complaints. If it was a toy etc then maybe a different matter.
Big Ry , I've just got nearly 20% off my wife's run about but that was only a Seat cupra. You will be able to get a low single digit percentage off an Aston factory order but otherwise you'll have to either wait or compromise your spec.
I guess if u want a manual though then either way you have a time limit.
