DB9 LED Headlight and rear light upgrade?

Hi. I have acquired a pair of new 2012 on front Headlights and clear rear LED lights. Does anybody out there know if I can fit these to my 2004 DB9? Ta. Pete

Rear are a direct swap. Fronts are a no go. The cutouts in the wing are a different shape.
