Wishing you a photographically successful weekend.
As always, looking forward to seeing your Aston Martin pictures.
Spa provides some great backgrounds, unlike many of the bland modern circuits, where the corners are not named but numbered..
Thanks Jon39! Looks like there`s some rain forecast so may make things more interesting...
Of the 4 tracks I went to last year, Spa is my favourite for sure!

I can't get away from work this year which is a pity (work/social balance gone the wrong way)!
I've been round the track a few times, the most memorable being some laps in one of Jonathan Palmer's JP1s when a chum of mine owned one.
Spa is a fantastic track both for driver and spectator and I hope you have a great meeting -green with envy.

Bugger. Work/social... that needs sorting! I'll be sure to post a couple of pix so you can enjoy it vicariously.I've been round the track a few times, the most memorable being some laps in one of Jonathan Palmer's JP1s when a chum of mine owned one.

Yep I'm going, getting to Spa midday on Fri got good tickets for all 3 days. We are meeting in Brugge at 09:00 on Fri and driving down. Staying in Spa town, will be in my Karussell Orange Vantage accompanied by a black AMG GTS. Maybe catch up for a beer or three....?

Great Tim, a beer sounds like a well crafted plan. I will PM you my phone number and you can let me know when you arrive, and we go from there!Tim

Great photographs Dean.
Thank you for posting them.
I have just watched the first half hour of the race.
For AMR it is not easy in GTE Pro, but leading with dominant lap times in GTE Am.
The on-line viewing stream does not seem to be free in UK, but it is free on a German TV satellite channel.

It's on Motors TV Jon if you've access to that.
