Farting noise on startup?

Ok, this is embarrassing 
But does anyone else's Vantage do this?
You put the key in, and turn it in the starting positing. The lights on the dash come up, and then all of a sudden, the car farts for about & second or 2, 3.

I know pretty girls DO fart, but do pretty cars also fart?
Note: this happens when the engine is not running. It just happens when you turn the key in the start position.

Mine does it, but I'd describe more as a low growling noise, it happens around the same time as the 'faith, hope & glory' or whatever it says scrolls past on the screen.
I've always assumed it was just something like the fuel pump energising, my old Mercedes used to do something very similar when unlocking it, which in the case of the Merc was the SBC pump pressurising the braking system.
