Advice: Anyone Fitted a Mountain Bike into a Vantage
Discussion
Morning All,
As the title would suggest, I would welcome any advice on how to fit a Mountain Bike into a Vantage.
I suspect size of frame may be a limiting factor, but would be grateful to hear from those that have managed this.
I could use another car but there are those sunny days when I want use the AM
Thanks
Dave

I'd be very surprised if you could fit one in without a lot dismantling, something like this has got to be the best solution, but still not sure how much I'd trust it.

Seasucker is great, I trust my £8k bike on top of my gt3 with it.

Thanks guys, There does seem to be some interesting workarounds. The Seasucker does look aesthetically pleasing, but I would constantly worry about a failure. Will try wheels off, Seat-post down as suggested and see if I can manouver it in. If I have to do too much phaffing, like taking handlebars off as well then I'll just take the 4x4
Will keep you posted

And I can confirm that skis do fit! 181cm ones too so not short. Granted I had to put a towel on the dash but it worked.
Mine are 178 and I couldn't get them in, but I was trying with one end down in the boot. So did you fit them with toes resting on the dash and tips on the rear bulkhead? Zod said:

Not sure this helps much, but I once fitted my Uncle Norman into my Vantage, and he's f
king massive.
Did you get him out or is he still in there? How did he affect the handling?
king massive. What some people will go through to get a ride in an Aston.
If only he'd waited for the DBX he'd still be with us.
