Sat nav cover

I'm aware of the possible need to change the sprockets on the screen and have watched a few vids
My cover is a bit loose and moving around so was going to have a look. However it doesn't appear to attached like the ones I've seen. There are no clips round the side. There looks to be a metal spring or clip between the cover and screen.
Was the design changed? Mines an 07my

Might have this info now after more googling. Seems mine might be Db9 style
