NOISE FROM FRONT WHEEL / AND DASH BOARD MAKES SCRITCH SOUND

Hi guys I have a cracks or creaks. noise when i reverse and turn the steering wheel I noticed the noice is coming from passenger front tyre what could be the issue. and how can I get it fixed.

Also I noticed my dash board has some scratch sound its like the gums under the plastic is not holding on again pls how do I fix this issue I have a DB9 2005
