Have they hit the bottom at £35 - £40k?

Seem to be a lot of Aston for the money compared to an early DB9 or V8V

Apart from the looks (which I like) and the concept (which I like), what am I missing?

They are tremendous value, in my opinion and look good. Probably the fact that they are not, in some quarters, perceived as being a proper sports car with their 4 reasonable sized seats puts some people off so demand is not so great in the used sector. I was chatting to a well known knowledgeable source a little while ago and he argued that due to the length and component layout, a Rapide is arguably one of the best balanced Astons around.
Yes, they are bigger than a DB9 but drive one and they give the impression of shrinking around you.
You can probably gather that I am something of a fan of the Rapide but just try one for yourself and see what you think. Will cost you nothing to try it or will it .........!

I've been thinking about a rapide s or a vanquish s. There a little rare to find together for a test drive, does anyone have any back to back driving impressions as they appear to have same engine/gearbox?
