Fitting Magnetic Charger Port to “Old” Vantage

Morning all,
My 488 had a helpful magnetic connector for the charger just above the number plate. Meant you could park up and lock up and then leave it on trickle (if you don’t on a Ferrari then it is dead in about a week and as far as I can tell needs a Maranello computer to resurrect it).
Obviously it is not as convenient to have a wire coming out of your boot on the Vantage.
Has anyone fitted one of these to their Vantage and routed cables to their battery?
You can buy the car-side connector on eBay and a charger-connector-to-Ctek on another site.
Before I start pulling trim off and drilling large holes wanted to see if anyone had tried it first?
