Thanks in advance.

Be sure to use the ABC anti squeal paste/backing pads when fitting. I found the EBC are still quite noisy/squeal a lot even after bedding in.

Are the rear pads on a 2012 the same as all 4.7 cars? I know the fronts are different.

And which are the best for a road only car?

Many thanks

MY2012.25 onwards has the larger brakes of the "S" as standard

Im going to try the Porterfields myself next time, EBC do have less dust than OE, but do still squeal occasionally even with the backing pads and paste etc

Thanks, is that not just the front discs and pads though?

Mine is a MY2012.25 model, and i just want to make sure i am ordering the correct rear pads.

Perfect thank you, do i require anything else other than just the rear pad kit to hand over to a local garage?

And finally, the difference appears to be £285 at scuderia, versus £185 at EBC, is there any difference for the £100?

Many thanks again

EBC do still squeal occasionally !!! i don't like.
Go for the renowned Porterfields pads
http://www.porterfieldbrakes.co.uk/brake-pads.html...

if you need the front one for your MY2012.25 car, ask Porterfield R4-S reference AP1990

My EBCs only seem to squeal if I haven't used the car for a week. Braking fairly hard from speed a couple of times usually shuts them up.

I changed from OEM to the Porterfields and am happy. Very low dust and no noise, i think there are good reasons why lot of people drive them ....
Yes they aren‘t cheap, but worth buying.

Ok, so i think i will get some Porterfield pads, do i need to buy anything other than just the pads? My brake warning has not come on, so i guess the sensors have not been triggered.

Depends on how old and what condition they are in. I thought I would just change the pads and reuse the sensors, only when I went to pull them out of the old pads, part of the plastic holding them in place broke off. Ended up not being able to finish the job that weekend and having to leave it until the following weekend after I had got the bits.

Did mine last weekend, one sensor had worn through to give a warning light and you can see the break in the brass (?) contact on the offside (UK!) sensor and this was very easy to swap for a new one, the nearside one was showing the brass but hadn't broken, and I reused it partly as it looked a bit more fiddly to fine the connector...

Available from Euro's at £22 odd, I seem to remember.

Need to tease the sensors out from the pad slot out with a small screwdriver, I was able to remove the pads from the calliper with the sensor in place, then work them gradually out, keeping hold of the spring clip around the sensor. If you try with the pad in situ, much more likely to break them as I have in the past.

Don't forget that the new pads may have direction arrows that need to point down, in the direction of normal wheel rotation. I used Pagids with the anti-squeal soft backing from Euro's but in fairness I bought them about 6 months ago...
