AM tracker issues

Hi all,

Has anyone here had an issues with their tracking system packing up. The tracker stopped pairing with my iPhone around 3 weeks ago - Customer service couldn't get it to pair again despite repeated attempts. The alarm is also frequently triggering.

The car drives without issues, but the constant stream of alert texts from AMWatch are an annoyance...

Have you tried linking it via bluetooth via another phone/tablet to check it isnt the phone thats the issue (I doubt it is but worth eliminating early).

Mine packed up in my old DBS. Either a new unit (if available) or James at Aston Installations.
