V8V radiator foam rubber
Discussion
This part, called upper seal radiator, should be glued on top of the radiator, as shown (number 9):

In my case, glue has dried and I found it hanging close to the fans, not good.
I thought just the pressure of the engine cover could have kept it in place, but not really.
Anyone had this problem? What is the best glue for this job? Has to be heat/water resistant, able to glue foam rubber to metal and be very strong.
Thanks.

Try silicone sealant, clear is the strongest (and neatest) I've used it over the years in many applications including sealing exhaust pipe joints on racing motorcycles so it will withstand the heat of a radiator with no problems, it also stays flexible and will withstand constant heat cycles.
You can pick it up from any DIY store, just make sure it's definitely the silicone stuff and not acrylic.
