Equaliser on 2010 v8 vantage - how to adjust?

I’ve found the eq settings under radio.

The manual says right and left on joystick to adjust each level and up and down to move between levels but on my joystick pressing up and down alters the level for eq60 but pressing left and right does nothing and I cannot move on to the next eq level to adjust.

Anyone got any ideas?

all sorted, a new day and a harder press right and left had it moving!
