Battery location and charging
Discussion
I am waiting to get my 2002 Vantage out of the docks. The shipper was supposed to have disconnected the battery, I hope that the battery is not flat as the car is in a shipping container.
My questions are as I have not even seen the car.
Where is the battery located,
Is there anywhere you can charge/jump the battery under the bonnet/hood?
If the battery has gone flat will that invoke any other problems?
Again any help pointers would be greatly appreciated.

The battery is underneath the cover behind the seats.
There are recharging point under the hood though.
Not sure on the rest, never experienced a dead battery.

OP is talking about a 2002 Vantage, ie. presumably not the 2005 to 2018 model.
Perhaps it is a DB7 Vantage.
DB9VolanteDriver seems to know where the battery is located.
Sorry I should have made it clear its a DB7, I guessed that there should be a charge connection under the bonnet/hood. Any one know about any problems if the battery goes flat with the EMU/CPU?
Thanks for the replies. It looks as if I will have to wait another two weeks as I have to fly to the UK on Tuesday.
Cheers
