I'm researching the above with a view to writing the definitive book on the 1960's DBS.

I'm particularly trying to speak with former staff at the Factory and Distributors in the UK and around the world.

If anyone can help with putting me in touch or you have an interesting story yourself, please PM me.

Thanks in anticipation.

Good luck, but its 50 years ago. If you were there in your 20s (and therefore, likely junior and unlikely to be part of any decision process) they would be in their 70s now. All the key decision makers are probably long gone, so finding out why and how decisons were made is harder then finding out when they were made.

Start with AMHT. They have some (lots??) of old board papers which might help. The dudley coram and harold beach books are a good start. Road tests, too of course.

Dealerships might have records which mighf help too. Also suppliers: who made the pistons, supplied the engine blocks etc etc might have stories waiting to be told. Finding out who had what and who did what was the best part when I wrote my book, so good luck
