Surprised at this. Some notable absences - no R8 V10 and nothing Italian and two doored, but even so i didn't expect the result.

I did tbh. Went on a road trip with a chap who has a very similar car to the winning car in the vid and it made everything else look like it was standing still when we played some silly autobahn games.

Agreed on the notable absences...

Well, the Senna is a hypercar so not really fair plus it's so ugly i couldn't finish my coffee.

The most impressive though i hate to admit it is that bloody Porsche very impressive, even though they are said to be a very mundane drive nowadays fast though.

The winner - yes, that was obvious before the off. I meant I didn’t expect the placings behind it.

Interesting stuff, as much as I ultimately don`t give a hoot about drag races... Senna win was never in doubt, but you see how the DBS suffers big time at launch, while the 911, Urus, AMG, Jag, even Bentley get off the line so much more efficiently, but once it hits it`s stride with all those torques and horses finding the tarmac, pow! Only 0.38 between the DBS in 2nd and Urus in 5th... I am no fan of that Lambo`s looks or concept but it clearly hauls some serious ass!

Is the DBS SL the only one of those not to have electronic launch control?

ETA The Senna was doing 147mph at the 1/4, and it was after that point the DBS SL ate up the competition. I think what that test actually shows is that above 150 the other cars run out of puff a bit compared to it.
