Does anyone know if it's possible to retrofit memory seat modules and switches to upgrade a non-memory seat car?

I’m not sure, however a good guide will be whether you have unused multi plugs under your seat.

You would need seat switches £120 , wiring harness £675 and seat module £190 per side

Not quite sure why wiring harness is quite so expensive but from what I can see it only has an extra 4 wires which possibly could be made up in a separate harness.

interesting. I assume the seat module is the bit that remembers where the seat should be and currently is.

I beleive the whole mechanical (under-) part of the seat is different.
The memory function requires some position indicators to tell the "brain" on which location the seat currently is.
I havent seen memory seats in person, but on pictures they look different underneath.
