vantage V8 coupe 2007 - Passenger window not working

hi all,

i had a flat battery - charged and all working fine and trickle charger seems to confirm battery ok - taking and holding charge

however, today the passenger window has stopped working and both windows do not drop or pop up again when opening and closing both doors

i have seen something about pulling fuse 82?

if so, should the key be in the ignition at the time?
any help greatly appreciated

Has it stopped working completely? If battery was flat windows may need a rest. Procedure in the Frequently Asked Questions Wiki at the top of the page

Yes, stopped working completely on the passenger side
drivers side is working fine - but not popping up / down on the open & close of the door

Got to try easiest first. So a window reset. All the way down and hold. All the way up and hold.

Try the passenger door fuse (I forgot the number, but its in the drivers manual).

I found out recently that one can blow that fuse when driver and passenger try to operate the passenger window at the same time...
