Vantage centre caps

As part of the lockdown refresh, I noticed my centre caps are a little bit "flakey" around some of the edges. There is a new set on ebay for about £80 but before buying them I wondered if anyone had the originals refurbed?

Assuming you mean the standard centre caps, I paid less than £50 for a set from HWM so it hardly seemed worth trying to refurb.

What colour caps are you after? I replaced my gloss black ones with green/white wings recently for satin carbon ones so these are now spare.

Aston Martin and presumably other car manufacturers, have obviously seen the passion, which some customers have for carbon fibre.
Therefore cannot blame them for charging what customers are willing to pay.

You will have seen the Red Bull F1 car, with unpainted carbon fibre body work.
I don't think AML have offered that finish yet, on their carbon fibre bodied models. Have they overlooked an opportunity?

As my other badges are/will be black chrome, the old centres with the green white wings didn’t quite match. These are the only fully black wings.
