Has anybody had the PCV one way valves changed on their DB9?
If so what was the ball park cost? And who did the work?
Thanks in advance

Hi. I had them changed on my DB9V by Dove motors. It was part of a larger service including plugs and coil pack so I don't know the cost for the PCVs themselves.

I did my own, the two ford pcv valves were about 40 quid ea which is a bit strong considering there ford parts, the big parts cost for me was the inlet manifold gaskets well over 100 quid each.
The 2 pcv valves are the visible part of the system, theres some "duck bill" valves built into the rubber pipe harness , these go hard and fail, I checked mine and they were ok but i do wish I'd changed the whole harness, have a look at aston1936.com,
, Steve's done an in depth video and parts list, this is also the perfect time to do coils and plugs

Thanks for the info, if your not as technically competent, like myself, does anyone have a feel for the costs involved?
