MY09 DB9 39K USD?

Just saw this car:

So this is a decent bit cheaper than any other low mileage 09 or later DB9. Maybe location is partly why so low as is a bit out of the way?
Looks like some UV damage on wood interior trim... but other than that looks alright. Seems like a hell of deal if service checks out.
what am I missing?

It could be a good car, at a reasonable price.
Looks like a non-sports car dealer, perhaps related to the price.

The seller is exaggerating the optional extras, because some listed are standard. Doubt it would have a keyless entry system, but not attractive anyway - too easy to steal.
