I had to replace a totally knackered battery this weekend,I even had to disconnect the old one,to get a jump pack to power the seat. So,seat right forward, change battery, now everything is fine ,except the seat wont go back.I have tried disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes, moving the seat rigt forwards, which worked, but now the seat is stuck as far forwards as it will go.Any suggestions?TIA

Look in the Frequently Asked Questions Wiki at the top of the Aston Martin page. Instructions in there. You'll probably have to do the windows as well

Is there still power on the seat?
Check if the seat heating (indicator) still works.
If not, may be the seat fuse is blown.

Silly I know, but check the runners to see if anything is jammed in them. Does the motor whirr when you operate the switch ?

Could be a dicky switch ?

TR-Spider,yes there is power to the heated seat switch. There doesn't appear to be any obstruction in the runners. The seat is very tight against the seat belt.

Do the other motors (lift front/rear, recline) still work?

Normal seat adjustments or memory seats?

The adjusters worked moving the seat forward,& up,now it is stuck in that position. No motors operating, memory seat buttons not working either.
