Exhaust flaps on a DB11 V8

When you pull the fuse F8 15A (Exhaust Flaps) - do the valves stay open ?

I can confirm that this fuse deactivates the flaps from opening up.

The exhaust valves don't operate in the way they do on older cars, so there's no fuse removal override. They're electronically controlled by the ECU.

Sport+ mode is the most effective, non intrusive way of opening the exhaust valves earlier, but I'm not sure there's a way of having them permanently open.
