So much misinformation out there and muddling between Lb Ft and Nm and Rapide and Rapide S (same hub/wheel!)! I thought I'd noted it as 150Nm after calling Bristol to check once (yes its higher than a DB9 - I remember the tyre guy saying is as much as a twin axle Transit!) but can't find my note. Does anyone know please?

Thanks

As an aside, I just saw this official AM service bulletin pdf for DB9 - most tables out there have it far lower:

To: All Dealers/Importers
For the attention of: The Service Manager
Please copy to: Aston Martin Technician(s)
The Dealer Principal
The Parts Manager
Reference:
SB: 0170

Issued: July 2005
Model: DB9
Subject: Revised Road Wheel Nut and Wheel Nut Torque

Please be aware that 74 cars in total (Coupe and Volante) have been trial fitted with a
new Wheel Nut in preparation for 100% introduction later this year.
The modified nut has a revised final torque setting of 180Nm (133lb/ft), to be tightened in
two stages:
1/ 70Nm (52 lb/ft)
2/ 180Nm (133lb/ft)
The VIN range for the revised nut is:
03358 to 03432

I believe the figures should be in the handbook (section 12) and for the 2018 models (and I suspect the others too) are shown as two stages - 80 Nm and then 180 Nm

Thanks Richard. I didn't expect to find it there - but great that it is. It's a whopping 180Nm! Which is 132Lb-Ft. Thanks

Wow, that's quite high. I'm not disputing what the handbook says but it does seem to be higher than most that I can think of.

So if my chassis number is in the 4800 range should I torque my nuts this tightly (if you know what I mean!)
