I've got the workshop manual but can't see this.
The rear shock assembly is mounted to a bracket, which is held by 4 bolts to chassis. I can't see the torque settings for these 4 bolts.
Everything else is clear.

Anyone help?
Cheers

Try page 20-1-15. The very end of the WSM is the Torque Conversion Tables. Immediately before those tables is a General Torque Figures chart.

I changed my suspension recently but kept the top standard top mounts, these solid mounted bad boys are going to be harsh on the road!

I also worry about the shock loading on those spherical joints. Fine for smooth track use but they will not get the cushioning effect of the rubber mounts on our potholed, speed hump ridden roads.

I've fitted 3 corners,so getting close to a drive.

These are available on a well known Aston info site so I'm hoping they'll work out ok.

They're certainly good quality out of the box.

Had a short drive, need to get geometry checked
Only lower by 10mm
On 5 clicks from full soft(30 in total)
Seem pretty good. Bit more buzz from poor surfaces, down to the solid mounts I expect
Cornering flatter
Obviously much more testing to do

As an aside.
Before I stripped down the drivers side measured lower by about 5mm from top of wheel rim to bodywork
I’ve measured the adjustment on the dampers all round and equalised.
Yet the drivers side measures lower still. Need to take some more measurements elsewhere I guess

What are the measurements from the ground to the wheel arch edge?

Mine pre lowering were 707mm rear, 699mm front.(worn Bridgestones(235F/275R))

Now 697mm rear, 680 mm front (New Mich PS4S(245F/285R). The front needs to come up 10mm.

My passenger side (left) is slightly lower, than drivers(RHD car).
