How to change a front splitter on a 2014 Vanquish

Hi

Today putting the Vanquish on my car storage ramp we heard a scrapping noise, so the driver backed off and split the front splitter. OK we need to find out why it did that.

But more important how do you change a front splitter, any ideas?

Also any idea of the cost of a new splitter?
