Sat nav motor Aston Martin DB9 (07 plate)

[Tony5534]

My sat Nav, on my DB9, does not raise, the garage has said the the raise/lower motor no longer works. Have been quoted £1300 plus to replace. I have checked with Volvo to see if have a replacement motor, but they were not able to help. Can anybody help me to locate the electric motor?

Is the motor still turning/making a noise as though trying to lift, or is it completely dead?
