I forgot to mention the car is 07 vantage
maybe this is something of a gulf countries spec thing

One guy said he found a specific tiny speaker for this somewhere behind the dash
another guy said he flashed the ECU
third guy said it was a setting in the radio/navigation
not sure which one applies ( I don't think the radio one does on my first gen car)

It is a legal requirement in many countries around the world (especially Asian countries) to have an audible warning at the national speed limit. I live in Dubai and have a Gulf spec V8 Vantage and the car beeps continuously between 120km/h and 129km/h. It stops when you go above 129km/h.
This is a programmable setting in the car's electronics and can be removed by the dealer. The Porsche I had previously (also in Dubai) beeped at 120km/h but that didn't stop no matter how fast you went, and given that some roads here have a 140km/h limit, it was annoying as hell, so I paid Porsche to remove it. I haven't bothered with the Aston, as it is quite useful to know when you reach the limit if your eyes are on the road, and I have adapted to spend as little time as possible in the 120-129 km/h speed zone.

how much would it cost ( I assume you didn't ask so how much did porsche take )

If its a legal requirement for you then try and locate the beeper and put a little switch in for it

which panel is it hidden in, I saw so many vantage and DB videos and never heard about it.
