2018 vanquish s alloy wheel problem

hi just had my car in for service at jct leeds i mentioned i noticed a scuff on one of the wheels they have come back to me today explaining that there isnt any diamond cut left to polish out i explained this is the first time i have had any reason to have any work done on my wheels and as i bought the car with 800 miles on it im a bit perplexed as to how the wheel which looks brand new could be in such poor condition when investigated .I have asked for all the wheels to be inspected and presume all of them replaced if needed as still under warranty .whats your thought on how the wheels could be so poorly made

I believe you can only cut a wheel twice, maybe only once if the damage is bad. They could be correct.

I use raw wheels near York Designer Outlet for wheel refurbs, repairs, etc. They are excellent. If nothing else they might be able to advise professionally?
