DB9 on battery conditioner

Quick question I haven’t used the car all this year as to lockdown. The car is on a ctec battery conditioner is it better not to start the car up or is it better to start the car up every 4mts and warm up to temp then turn off?
I'm no expert, but when my car hibernates for the winter, once I've cleaned it and put it in the garage, I up the tyre pressures, connect the CTEK, put a bunch of silica pouches in the cabin and boot and then leave it.The next time I'll start it will be when I'm putting it back on the road in spring. I see no benefit in starting it at all when it's sleeping, but if I did need to, then obviously I'd let it get up to tempt etc.
When an engine starts from cold, internal condensation is created. You sometimes see 'white fog' emitted from exhaust pipes.
If you start an engine during storage, it is unlkely to reach full working temperature, so you will have created water vapour, which will remain inside the engine.
However, leaving an engine unused for a very long time, might also result in mechanical harm.
The solution which I now use, is to turn over the engine briefly (hold accelerator fully down on a Vantage) without firing, every couple of months during storage.
Having said that, we now need an engineer, to say whether what I have just said is right or wrong.
