Dash cam recommendation please?

I use Blackvue in all my cars - an excellent addition to your insurance and peace of mind. The Blackvue systems, though not the cheapest, are typically WiFi which means they do not have a screen making them very un-obtrusive. They can be hardwired to the car via a 'smart' device at addition cost (approx £30) This allows you to hide all the power wiring and to configure your system to monitor the car whist parked up. On a side note, one of my cars whilst parked caught on camera 2 very nasty guys which happened to drop by one dark evening - evidence which the police used to keep my visitors at Her Majesty's pleasure.

I find the idea of a dashcam for a DB11 or any Aston Martin baffling. Get good insurance and enjoy your car.
Not helpful when you are scammed by a cash for crash incident. You can prove they reversed into you and their witness is lying. Will save a hefty insurance premium.Living just a few miles from Bradford, the car crime capital of the UK, a dashcam is essential. Proved my case twice so saved a fortune in insurance premiums and able to recover my excesses.
Had my first Blackvue for 10 years - excellent camera. When it finally died chose a Nextbase and its cheap for a reason. Will go back to a Blackvue next time.

We have both a Mio and Nextbase, both work well ,including GPS and speed data ,also overlaying on Google maps.
The Nextbase has already prooved it's worth when someone denied pulling from a junction on the left , insisting OH had drifted over .The video proved in her favour who caused the ,collision.
