What do people here typically do for a winter clean to just take of a quick layer of surface splashes and grime?
I know all about two bucket washing and so on, so if I needed to do it properly I can do, but is there a reasonably fast way to keep it looking good without a full clean every time?
hose off, damp cloth, drying cloth?
damp cloth, drying cloth?
let it dry, wipe off (scratchy scratchy?!!)

Hello
I hate swirl marks, so I wouldn't go anywhere near mine with a cloth or mitt until it was properly grit free.....
I just use a quick jet wash->snow foam->jet wash every week or two, depending on the level of grime. Keeps it shiny enough. If roads are salty though, I'd rinse straight away.
I then do a really thorough job monthly (maybe a bit more often) where I would add these steps to the above:
Clean wheels with iron fallout remover
Remove tar with tar remover
use a mitt to shampoo
dry properly with big drying cloth
top up the ceramic coating with a layer of techniq c2v3 which seems to remove any light swirls
Everyone has their own regimes, and most people seem to swear theirs is superior
I use mostly gtechniq stuff since that's the brand of my ceramic layer.
Hope that helps
