Help needed Aston Martin Child Lock issue

[GF1-Aston]

I have a pesty Child Lock Service required message on my dash.



For some reason I have not been able to find the module that is sending this message to the cluster.
I am probable missing something.
Going to try again tomorrow to see if I can find where the DTC is hiding.

Does anyone have any info that might help with this?

As a lot of the Aston body electrics are sourced from Volvo, this may make an interesting (but slightly depressing) read

Update #1

I am now able to clear the message with the READ button. There are no DTC's in any of the modules for this message....strange.

I have an appointment at the Aston dealership, Mar. 15th, for an open recall that requires the AMDS to re-flash my trans. I am going to see if he will check since he is going to be hooked up anyway to see if my software is up to snuff.

Hoping I can talk them into checking it.

Will let you know how this goes.
