I saw that earlier in the week, made me think about adding a flag of other signage in the garage.
I already have an MV Agusta flag to match my bike. Thought something to match the Aston would look pretty good.

The illuminated sign is awesome.

But isn't that the badge design that was introduced in 2003 so its not a 1980s dealer sign as advertised ?

Needs to be a little more made of its history really for >£1000. You could get one made just like that for a fraction of that cost.

Correct, there are fewer feathers in the lower edge of the wing. It's post 2003...

Lots of these illuminated signs appear at auctions. Bonhams feature them at every Aston auction I have attended. I'm convinced they are mostly, if not all, reproductions with artificial patination. Nice, but only at the right price.

The real giveaway are feather lines. From 2003 they continued through the semi circle, befor that they were broken.

These illuminated signs come up at auction all the time. Its amazing how many survive, but then I remember back in the day every village had a pub, post office and Aston Martin sales/service centre....

The fact the same seller was offering 3 signs; Aston Martin, Ferrari and Lamborghini, all in the same construction style was a bit of a giveaway.

Wow yeah! He managed to relieve somebody of £11k for the dancing donkey sign and £5k for the rabid bull sign, all with a matching history and patina - remarkable.

I bet hes a happy puppy with £20k in the bank for a weekend's work (I mean by listing them on the site, obviously, not suggesting he made them in the garage).
