Hi all,

I just insured my Volante and after the event they’re telling me I need a tracker or no cover if it’s nicked. Nice. BR disconnected the original last year to prevent electrical gremlins so I have 2 queries I’m hoping to get help with. First, is the original tracker any use, can I recommission it, is there a tracking service who will connect to it and what will that cost?

Second, if the answer to 1. Is no, can anyone suggest or recommend a tracker service/system I can get a (low) price from?

Thank you very much,

J

Aston Installations, ask James. He can fit a Cobra tracker. Job done.

If this was either a new condition imposed by your insurer at this renewal, or a special condition for a new policy, you should have been made aware before payment.

I would change to an insurer which does not require a working tracker.
Aviva direct and NFU Mutual are a couple which might be worth trying.
