Rear light repair service

The large section of my 2008 clear rear light died today after a few months of flickering.

I tried to look for second hand replacements on ebay but they are either way too expensive or from a country that I don't feel comfortable sending my money to.

My question is: Has anyone here tried repair service in the UK? I found one company in Norfolk claiming to do the job for 185 pounds.

Do you know of any other business that can repair these rear lights?

Out of curiosity, how much are these new from a dealer?

You may want to try giving these guys a call ... I know they upgrade the rear lights but they may offer a repair service.

+1 for DivinaTech, they do repairs also as I understand it and whilst I didn’t do lights with them I bought other stuff and they were super helpful when I was being crack-handed about fitting it.
