Friction Plate resurfacing

Hi comrades

I have a company here in germany who are going to resurface the friction plate, they asked me about the thickness of each friction discs.
Does anybody of you guy know the thickness ?

Doesn't that mean they want you to measure them all to see how badly worn they are?

If you are referring to the clutch friction plate, I fear that you will not find any Aston Martin customers, who want a resurfaced friction plate.

Having a rear transaxle arrangement, for better weight distribution, there is considerable work and labour cost involved to access the clutch.
Therefore saving friction plate money would be a tiny proportion of the overall cost. In addition, many V8 Vantage owners use the opportunity to fit a twin plate clutch, replacing the OEM single plate.
