Joystick on center console 2010-2016

Anyone knows how to release the joystick? The outer “ring” is attached by 4 clips but I can not figure out how the joystick (the inner center piece) is attached?

Sorry, I don't know.

But since you are there can I ask what the little up, down, left, right, arrows lights on the outer ring look like? Two of mine are slightly less bright than the other two, I wanted to understand why.

There are leds behind them maybe two of them are not working on your console? They should lit up all four likewise

Thanks, will try to check at some point, I never removed the console yet.
