Carbon fiber center caps

Hi...thinking of purchasing the gloss carbon fiber rim center caps. I can’t locate a picture with
them on a wheel. Can anyone who might have them supply a photo?

It took me about 10 seconds to type into Google then hit images.

In all their glory for around £720 a set of 4......crazy money.

Check out pics of the V12 Vantage zagato. Thats the car that first featured the cf centre caps as standard, so any pics of those will have them

Thanks. The lowest price in the states is $750. I was able to buy a new set on EBay UK for half that including shipping to the states.

Must say I can't see the attraction, they look a bit too aftermarket to me, however each to their own of course.

I have put these onto my DBS, along with tinting the lacquer on the diamond cut wheels

If I remember correctly, aren't they plastic and carbon fibre ?

I don't think they are completely made from carbon fibre, almost a 'skin'.

So, if anything they might be a gram or 2 heavier !?!

To be fair I think they are 99.9% cosmetic, I doubt anyone buys them for the weight saving, just like any other CF modification to the exterior bits, ling wing mirror caps or side strakes.

That said its unsprung mass on the wheels so its worth 10x any such saving elsewhere on the car!

Better still, remove the caps entirely for the total track-slag look

I will let the 65 owners of the V12 Vantage Zagato's, from whence these originated, know that you don't approve then...

For what its worth, they do appear to be genuine CF throughout, at least the OEM ones are anyway...
