Who makes these splitters ?

Have tried getting in touch with jibberingloo n to see if he is making any more of these front splitters with no joy . Does anyone know if there is anyone producing the same or if they know how to get in touch . I have tried e mailing from this site and also tried enquiring on this site but with no joy , thanks in advance
