Looking for advice on body work maintenance.
Car is now just over 4 years old now, in regular use, not over precious about it, more about enjoying and intend to keep. However through regular usage and clocking up the miles I have started to notice some very small stone chips when cleaning. Also there is what I would describe as small mark, looks like from road debris on front rear wheel arch. For my other cars this would not be a problem, but for the Aston want to have it looking its best while not running to the garage every time I notice something.
Would be good to hear feedback from other owners on how they maintain this aspect of the car?

I drive with a large gap between me and the car in front, depending on speed.
The car in front will hurl a piece of granite up in the air, and within 2-3 seconds its back on the ground, if you are 2-3 seconds behind that car, the granite will miss you.
Using this technique I've gone 10 years with only one stone chip on the front, and that was done by a delivery driver when the car went for an annual service.

I would do the following,
buy some dr colour chips touch up paint to match and touch up the chips. Either do it yourself or if not comfortable any good PPF shop should be able to assist.to touch the chips up with the colour chip kit.
Get a paint correction done ie basically a cut and polish
PPF the front, over here its called a race pack ie all the front, bonnet , bumper, guards, a pillars half roof. wheel arches and rear guards face.
PPF is great stuff and only big rocks and stones can defeat it plus bird poop does nothing and it is self healing these days ie a small mark will go away once the PPF is warm from either engine or sunlight or gentle warm hair dryer.
I had my front half done as above and I am about to do the balance.
