I bought a new car from them, positive experience and the aftersales has been fantastic. Funnily enough I was there this week getting a small issue sorted on my Vantage, they did it there and then whilst I enjoyed a nice coffee and chat to the service manager (who's brilliant). It's the best dealer experience I've had so far (although I guess you expect it from an Aston dealer), any warranty work I've had done has been without question and at my convenience. Courtesy cars are fairly decent too!

Didnt buy my last car there but use them for servicing and warranty work. Always great service, pick up and deliver back. Car prepared immaculately. No quibbles sorting out warranty bits.

I liked them a lot. I bought my clutch kit from them and they were exceptionally nice. I remember seeing a Vanquish Zagato for sale at that time (Dec 2019)

I bought a Vantage from them when they had just opened and the service was excellent as was the handover, car under an AM sheet lots of theatre it was superb.

Just purchased a Vanquish this month from AM Chichester which was a very good buy compared to prices of AM Nottingham but the handover was a real disappointment. Nothing special, there’s your keys have a nice day.

At least being under the Timeless scheme I can still use AM Nottingham for maintenance etc. Especially as they are my nearest dealership.

My advice would be, don’t hesitate to use AM Nottingham but if your buying a used Aston from them search other deals in the national Timeless offering and don’t be afraid to make an offer

I walked into AM Chichester last week. No other customers in there. Two staff in offices at the back, facing me. I stood there for 5 minutes and no-one came to see what I wanted. So I walked out.
Called the Parts Manager to get a price for some rear lights for my V8V. When I said that I would be fitting them myself he clearly lost interest but he still took details then never bothered to get back to me.

Needless to say, I won't be going back, which is a shame because they are, by far, my closest dealer.

Never dealt with them myself, but DO NOT go anywhere near Charles Hurst in Belfast.

Excellent after sales service, Ashley on service reception shows real interest and enthusiasm giving sensible advice when asked. Proper detailed inspection video done in a time frame to allow you to select or decline additional work before you collect the car that day.
Courtesy cars always immaculate, welcome and coffee very good. Three years ago, I had a concerning issue which I brought to their attention and they dealt with it exceptionally well hence my continued use. Had my Vantage serviced this month with them and they are still a clear class above my other make recent main dealer experience
