Speaker upgrade V8V

Whilst I’m struggling getting the subwoofer enclosure out, I’ve pretty much decided that the standard 160w system could do with new speakers. Thinking of upgrading the sub to a 200w whilst I’m in there and installing new rears (which currently don’t exist).
Anyone done this and have some handy pointers ? Appreciate that a config file needs uploading to enable f/r fade - is that an AMDS jobby ?
Not looking for sound off quality, just a better sound than I currently have. Would do the fronts as well and possibly an amp upgrade if not too difficult.
