2006 v8v dashboard not showing mileage everything else working , I have been informed that the fault is within the dashboard readout some electric component has failed . does anyone know of anywhere that repairs these as to purchase a new item is eyewatering . Thanks in advance

Can't help with advice on repairs but I know it is something that happens.

My 2007 car had it happen to the first owner. One old MOT says 'mileage not readable' and shortly after there is evidence in the service history of it being replaced.
