astonmartinbits would be your best bet or main dealers. Any in the used market will almost certainly have been removed because they condensate.

i am sure that you have read the issues with condensate.
i have been through 2 sets of rear lights due to this issue.
i used the services of this company last year, and have not had any issues since.

If any wants them FOC and can cover postage from Switzerland, I have 2 pairs of rear lights, one with red lenses, one with clear lenses (and grey border). In both cases, and the reason for replacement, one of the LEDs in one cluster had started to flicker. I never had the time to repair, just replaced them…

Worth mentioning that these are sold at much better value as a set. I got both rear lights, centre light and a ‘fitting kit’ (foam washers) for my V8V for £1177 from Aston Martin HWM Walton on Thames a few weeks ago. Had to phone up the parts department to get that, as it’s not on their website.

The newest lights are classed as ‘rework’ as they now open up the new lights and reseal them with extra sealant. Could see the extra sealant on the new lights compared to the old.

Mark that’s incredibly generous! I have a 2006 Vantage and reckon I’ve gone through more sets of lights than tyres! I’m fine currently but will happily take them off your hands as spares.

Just flirted with a new Lotus Emira but decided that I want an old school analogue car in the stable when I’m forced into electric.
