How to replace door control unit on a Rapide

Hello there, I have recently tried to dismantle the drivers side rear door in order to replace the door control unit module. I have undone every screw and panel that I can, but the panel did not want to come free. Naturally, I don't want to apply brute force; and wonder if anyone out there has a tutorial to help me.
There is nothing on YouTube except for a guy replacing the window regulator, but he doesn't show how he got the inside panel off.

This is the procedure for a DB9

Thanks very much. However, I think that is the DB9 not the Rapide. The rear doors seem much less forgiving to work on, everything has been stuffed in in true AM style, with access and common sense being an after thought. Do you have a similar diagram for the Rapide rear doors?
