Upgrading brakes on Vantage

Have a 2 007 Vantage and managed to find second hand 2017 Vantage S complete discs and Calipers. To fit them to 2 007 model will I need 2017 S wheel hub knuckle upright assembly front and back too? Anything else ? And like to fit shear plates front & rear off 2008 roadster for chassis strengthening (AML 6G33-L11270-AE and AML 6G33-L1C857-AE ). Will these plates fit 2 007. Vantage coupe and will they be a straight bolt-on ? thanks for your help
