Vanquish (2) wheel change

I’m not a big fan of black wheels with diamond cut face (which my car has)

Looking to change to the std vanquish, cast, 10 spoke wheels, as they look closest to the original vanquish (1) wheels, which I loved.



Couple of things.. My car is an ‘S’ but can I assume the std vanquish wheels fit?

Other thing, anyone got a set of silver or graphite fitted to their car? a tungsten silver car would be awesome!

You could get them refurbished and painted all silver (or whatever shade floats your boat), far cheaper...

I could but I don’t like the design either, I prefer multispoke and I’d like to keep the originals to put back on come sale time, not really a cost exercise and I honestly think Aston should have kept with traditional style wheels, leave the black/polished face stuff to Audi and BMW as it looks like that’s where the ideas came from.

Those are very good looking wheels. Don’t know why Aston stopped fitting them. I also am not fond of the two tone wheels. I prefer one solid color throughout. I’m sure they’ll fit fine on your S since the wheel arches are no wider than the non S.

Looking to buy from DC wheels on ebay (dave) who just deals in oem aston wheels, he says the same.

anyone dealt with him?

Yes, I’ve bought multiple wheels from Dave for my Vantage race car, top bloke

I have the same view on the diamond cut wheels, I nearly bought a black Vanquish recently (bought a 997.2 GT3RS instead!) and I planned to put these wheels on from Dave but repainted in bronze or white gold

Bronze i thought for our S63 due to the Porsche look, ended up shadow chrome against a grey/bronze wrap.

Yup, I bought my V12V Zagato wheels from Dave. 100% legit and very easy to deal with. Top chap...

Thanks, quite like that but not sure against the tungsten silver of the aston as it has a slight olive hue to it and these are a bit lighter in brightness vs the bodwork, graphite wheel would be a better play i think or go wholly brighter with the silver.

Personally think they’re very good, far superior to an aston in terms of performance but the GT3 is beaten by the mercedes GTR imo, thats all i meant.

The dct in my GTR is incredible, is it abysmal in the Vantage then?
